Central AucklandThis project was completed in 2009 with the conversion of vacant high rise space into 3 two-level luxury apartments ranging from 195 - 232m2 in size. The works were carried out for 3 separate clients to a very high standard above an already established apartment building. Materials for the project were craned in over the building onto existing rear balconies, including marble benches, limestone tiles and oak timber flooring, amongst others. Programming issues encountered and overcome included pre-loading many materials at commencement and coordinating works around them through construction. See more images ... |

Remuera, AucklandThis project took place in 2015 in central Remuera. It saw the conversion of vacant office space in a mixed-use building into a new high specification designer apartment residence over 190m2. The apartment had tight and limited access and was constructed over leased and operational commercial spaces. See more images ... |
