This project was completed in 2012 for Fairview Estate.
It included an extension of the existing clubhouse to form a new members bar and lounge, refurbishment of the existing clubhouse, a new BBQ area, a new golf shop, tennis courts, site works, landscaping and an upgrade to the existing driving range and golf course.
Adopting a staged approach to the works, we developed and housed a direct building labour team and supplemented this with local sub-contractors and suppliers.
The result was a country club and golf course that is the benchmark in the Western Bay of Plenty.
